About Us

Hi — we're Dennis and Wes, the brothers behind Auto House Media.

This started as a one-man operation built around a simple idea: car listings deserved better media than they were getting. As an enthusiast myself, I'd seen too many incredible vehicles undersold by phone snapshots and shaky walkarounds, so I launched Auto House Media as an automotive listing service to fix that. The work grew, the demand grew, and bringing my younger brother Wes on as co-owner was the natural next step. Twelve years apart in age, both born and raised in Austin, both car people long before either of us picked up a camera — we've been collaborating on creative projects together for three years now, and turning that into a business felt inevitable.

By day, we both work in tech. By night and on weekends, we're at car shows, on driveways, and in studios capturing the vehicles, events, and properties that matter to our clients. Wes leads our video production — he's the one chasing the perfect rolling shot and dialing in the cinema-quality audio that's become a signature of our work. I handle stills and run the business side. Everything you see in our portfolio was shot, edited, and color-corrected by us personally. No outsourcing, no handoffs.

We're self-taught, and we think that's a feature, not a bug. We learned by shooting the cars we loved, studying what worked, and obsessing over the details that other photographers miss. Being enthusiasts first means we know which angle makes a 911's haunches look right, which details a Bring a Trailer buyer is going to zoom in on, and exactly where to place a microphone to capture the way an LS sounds at startup on a cold morning. That's not something you learn in school — that's something you learn from caring.

Today, we work with private sellers, dealers like DNA Autohaus, detailers like Atomic Auto Spa, and events like Corvette Invasion across Central Texas.

We're also expanding into real estate and short-term rental media — and the move makes more sense than it might sound at first. The same instincts that help us showcase a well-built car translate directly to a well-built home: knowing where the light falls, which angles flatter the architecture, and how to tell a property's story in a way that makes someone want to walk through the front door (or book the weekend stay). Whether it's a listing for a realtor or a portfolio refresh for an Airbnb host, we bring the same eye and the same standard.

If you've got something worth showing off — on four wheels or four walls — we'd love to hear about it.
